The agent answered with an attitude, like I was inconveniencing her. But once I said, “Check the booking, darling — I’m in BUSINESS,”Suddenly she turned into Mary Poppins with manners.“Ohhh I’m so sorry ma’am, let me take a look!” 🥴But wait — it gets dumber. I had to call FOUR TIMES to get my flight fixed. Four! And every time I got a new contestant in the Customer Service Hunger Games. No one knew what the last one did.
